Merchandise purchased from SidePony Boutique may be exchanged for a store credit if received back within 7 days of receipt of item. You must first contact us via email at SidePonyCatherine@gmail.com to have an exchange approved. Items must be unworn, with original tags and still in brand new condition (no smoke smells, stains or signs of wear). If items are returned and fall outside of these guidelines customer will need to pay to have items shipped back to them or forfeit those items. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges are exchanges.
